D. Michael O’Neil, Jr. is an experienced attorney. He has been with Christensen Law Group, P.L.L.C. since its formation in 2011. Michael’s practice primarily focuses on the areas of business counseling/representation, business transactions, civil litigation, and state/federal securities matters. During the course of representing a wide variety of individuals and business clients, Michael has developed considerable expertise in the offer and sale of securities, regulations of Broker-Dealers/Registered Representatives/Registered Investment Advisors, securities compliance/litigation, corporate finance, business transactions, negotiation, commercial litigation, and strategic planning. Michael’s practice also includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in medical/chiropractic/nursing home negligence claims. Michael’s securities practice is focused on the representation of individuals, business entities, broker-dealers and investment professionals in capital formation, litigation, securities, regulatory and compliance matters. Michael has years of experience representing parties in arbitration claims filed with FINRA. In addition, Michael has represented, issuers, purchasers, and broker-dealers in connection with public and private securities offerings since 1972.

Michael graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Santa Clara University in 1969. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1972. O’Neil is admitted to all Oklahoma State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and U.S. District Court for Colorado. He is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his four adult children and five grandchildren. He also enjoys playing golf and volunteering in his free time.
